How fast will I receive my work?
Most requests: 1-3 business days. Complex projects: 5-10 days. Power-ups: 2-3 weeks. I prioritize quality over speed, but I move quickly.
What if I don't like the result?
Request unlimited revisions until you're satisfied. I work on it until it's right. No additional charges for revisions.
Can I request multiple projects at once?
Yes, queue up as many as you want. I complete them one at a time to ensure quality and minimize miscommunication.
What counts as "one request"?
A single deliverable from my menu. For example: one landing page, one email sequence, or one ad campaign setup. If you're unsure, just ask.
Do you guarantee marketing results?
No. I guarantee quality work and fast delivery. Marketing results depend on your offer, audience, pricing, and many factors outside my control.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Pause anytime and resume when ready. No penalties or reactivation fees.

How does ad spend work?
Your subscription covers ad management and optimization. Ad spend (the actual budget paid to Google/Facebook) is separate and paid directly to the platforms.
Do you film video sales letters?
No. I provide VSL scripting, strategic guidance, and video editing. You'll need to handle filming or hire a videographer separately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges, but I don't refund for the current billing period.
What happens on the initial call?
We'll discuss your business goals, current marketing challenges, and what you're looking to accomplish. This helps me understand if I'm the right fit for your needs.
If we both agree it makes sense to move forward, I'll send you a payment link and we can dive in immediately or schedule a brief onboarding call to set up systems.
