Does your business have a blog?

I’m a B2B content writer and internet marketing strategist.

I can help you boost your traffic, grow your audience, and win more clients, by writing value-packed content for your business.

KAITO-ICON.png

My name's Kaito, and I have a passion for learning, writing, and teaching.

Which is why creating helpful educational content is something I genuinely enjoy!

Since 2020, I’ve worn many hats within the internet marketing space from sales, to copywriting, to content marketing, to project management.

My greatest career achievement so far has been coordinating and managing a marketing campaign for a client’s webinar event that generated over a quarter million in sales within 1 week.

Long story short, I have an entrepreneurial spirit, a true desire to grow as a business owner, and I’m committed to building win-win relationships with my clients.

So if you believe I’d be a great fit to write for your business blog, here’s what my 10-step process looks like!

1. Application
2. Discovery Call
3. Business Proposal
4. Agreement Signing
5. Invoice Payment
6. Onboarding Call
7. Blog Post Outline
8. Initial Draft
9. Revisions
10. Final Draft

If you want a more detailed breakdown of my process first though, feel free to keep reading!

So here’s the full breakdown of my 10-step process:

1.
Application

I have a simple contact form below, where you can tell me about your project request and your preferred method of communication.

From there, I’ll reach out to you myself to see how I can help you and schedule a discovery call.

2.
Discovery Call

On our discovery call, we’ll cover these 8 questions:

  • What’s the budget you’re working with?

  • What are your content needs?

  • What’s your timeline and expected turnaround time?

  • Do you provide a style guide?

  • What does your writing and submission process look like?

  • Are you able to send payments via PayPal?

  • What are your onboarding steps when hiring a writer?

  • Do you have any questions for me?

3. Business Proposal

Based on everything we discuss on our discovery call, I’ll put together a business proposal, which would outline the scope of the project, clarify the deliverables, and break down my pricing.

I’ll send you my business proposal via email.

If everything looks good, great!

I can send you an agreement to sign and we can get started.

However, if additional clarifications or negotiations are needed, we can schedule a follow up call, where we can cover all of that.

4.
Agreement Signing

If you already have an agreement ready, you can send me yours.

If not, I can send you mine via email and you can sign it with an e-signature.

My Statement of Work (SOW) agreement is pretty straightforward — it covers:

  • Project Description

  • Scope of Work

  • Timeline of Delivery

  • Payment

  • Signature

5. Invoice Payment

Once the agreement is signed, I’ll email you an electronic invoice from PayPal.

Once I receive your payment, we can schedule our onboarding call.

6.
Onboarding Call

Our onboarding call will be to further discuss expectations to make sure I do an amazing job for you.

We’ll cover:

  • Your Brand/Voice/Style

  • Confirm Your Approval SOP

  • Remaining Logistics (e.g. Software Access)

7. Blog Post Outline

Once that’s all taken care of, I’ll deep dive into research, and get an outline prepared for you.

I’ll send you the outline through your preferred method of communication.

Please ensure that we’re following your approval SOP to confirm that we’re on track in terms of project expectations.

The purpose of this is to protect both of our time and prevent the need for any major revisions.

Once everything is approved, I can begin working on the initial draft.

8.
Initial Draft

I’ll send you my initial draft.

From there, again, we’ll follow your SOP and please make sure that everyone involved in the approval process has a chance to provide feedback, so we can implement everything in ONE round of revisions, to minimize back-and-forth, and to make sure we hit our project deadline.

9.
Revisions

Every project comes with one round of free revisions.

NOTE: If you want to have more than one round of revisions, you absolutely can by purchasing
7 days of unlimited revisions, which would cost an additional 15% and require some extended turnaround time.

However, my process IS designed to set the clearest expectations possible to maximize accuracy, quality, and efficiency — so that one round of revisions should be sufficient to meet all project expectations and deadlines.

10.
Final Draft

I’ll send you my final draft after all revisions are implemented.

And if you’re happy with my work, that’ll put a smile on my face, because I truly love doing great work for my clients.
